We are keen to promote and create opportunities for girls to play chess with us. We already have an active community of girls who take part in our online clubs, lessons and the Elite Club and we are looking to grow this still further.
Our Chess Rising Star, Sheng, was the U10 Girls Champion at the 2023 UK Chess Challenge Terafinal held at Blenheim Palace. We are looking to build on this success with our new Girls’ Online Chess Club.

Free entry for girls who are current or former members of one of our Chess Rising Stars courses.

Girls’ Chess Tournaments
Chess Rising Stars is pleased to announce our 9th Girls’ Online Chess Tournament. Our goal is to organise fun online competitions that support and encourage girls to play more chess.

Event: Chess Rising Stars Christmas Online Tournament

Fee: Free entry
Tournament Structure
6 rounds with 10 minutes per player plus 5 seconds increment per move.
Prizes
Trophies will be awarded to the top girls.
