This tournament is a Zonal qualifier for The English Junior Coaches and Organisers Association (EJCOA) National Youth Championships 2026.

The age limits are based on the FIDE international standard of calendar years. Age is child’s age at 1/1/2026. The organiser reserves the right to merge if there is an insufficient number of entries in a section.
Capacity: There are a limited number of spaces available for this tournament.
EJCOA Finals: The top girl and boy in each age category will qualify for the National Youth Championship Finals.

£40 ECF Gold members
+ £5 extra for non-ECF members
ECF Rapidplay Rated
Prizes: Trophies, medals and small prizes for everyone else
Additional Information:
No refreshments provided. However, Wimbledon Quarter shopping centre is right next to the venue.
Parents/guardians/carers are responsible for their children throughout the entire duration of this event. Supervision of children may be shared between adults. However, parents/guardians should note that they are still ultimately responsible for their children and their behaviour at this event.
